• You’ve gained experience as a Financial Planner with a focus on investments but you don’t enjoy the cold calling/selling and would much rather focus on managing relationships and servicing clients, here’s your chance to do what you really love and you’ll get paid a salary instead of that unstable commission.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

• You will focus on servicing and managing client relationships which includes the annual reviews with clients where you will get to restructure portfolios and process any changes, transfers and withdrawals. You will service the company’s clients so there will be no expectation for you to build your own client base.

• You’ll be joining an innovative, independent firm that provides customised financial planning services to retirement funds and their members.
• They are based in Tygervalley, Cape Town, have been going for over 7 years and have experienced phenomenal growth across the country.
• You’ll be working at a one of a kind company, they are small enough to make quick decisions and make you feel connected while being innovative which has resulted in them having a solid national footprint.

What you’ll need

• You need to be a qualified CFP (or working towards your CFP) with at least 2 years’ experience as a Financial Planner with extensive exposure to investments.
• You need to be able to work independently while having the drive and commitment to be self managed.
• You need to be based in Cape Town and have your own transport to go see clients. Due to the clients you will be managing, you need to be fluent in English and Afrikaans.
