    Sales Account Executive

     About the Role

    • We’re hiring a Sales Account Executive for one of our growing clients.

    This is a full-cycle sales role for someone who enjoys:

    • Closing deals
    • Building client relationships
    • Growing revenue
    • Working in fast-paced environments
    • If you’re confident in sales conversations and motivated by results, this role is a strong fit.

    What You’ll Do
    Business Development & Closing

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • Manage the full sales cycle:
    • Prospecting
    • Discovery calls
    • Presentations
    • Negotiation
    • Closing
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline

    Client Relationship Management

    • Build long-term client relationships
    • Understand business needs and provide solutions
    • Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up

    Sales Strategy & CRM Management

    • Track deals and pipeline activity in CRM systems
    • Report sales performance and insights
    • Collaborate with leadership on growth opportunities

    Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
    • Support overall sales and revenue goals

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience in:
    • Sales
    • Account Management
    • Business Development
    • Proven ability to:
    • Close deals
    • Hit revenue targets
    • Manage pipelines
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Experience using CRM systems
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

    Nice to Have

    • B2B or service-based sales experience
    • Experience in remote sales environments
    • Stable work history with growth progression

    What a Typical Day Looks Like

    • Prospect and follow up with leads
    • Conduct sales calls and presentations
    • Build relationships with decision-makers
    • Update CRM and manage pipeline activity
    • Collaborate internally to ensure client success
