Sales Administrative Assistant: Limpopo (Polokwane) at Oxford University Press Southern Africa

Principal Accountabilities:

• Efficiently manage inbound inquiries and support outbound sales efforts.
• Accurately capture and organize sales data
• Provide valuable support to the sales team to ensure a seamless sales process
• Offer event-related support to the sales team
• Assist the sales team by generating and sending customer quotes as required
• Promptly capture data from workshops.
• Provide the sales team with all necessary items for reader displays.

Requirements

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF 4)
• Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, archiving, retrieval, and filing
• Previous experience in inbound sales or customer services roles (Advantageous).
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft office applications
• Able to maintain and foster business relationships
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills and problem solving
