Sales Administrator- Humansdorp at Woodlands Dairy

Job Description
Key Performance Areas:

• The successful candidate will report to the sales supervisor in Johannesburg. 
• The job holder will primarily be responsible for preparation of loading instructions.
• Phone customers for daily sales orders.
• Prepare loading instructions for different warehouse according to orders vs stock.
• Inform customers of stock shortages vs orders.
• Register Pod's daily - collect from drivers.
• Ensure Pod is properly signed.
• Update POD list and forward to finance.
• Invoice/Credits.
• Invoice loading instruction.
• Correct product and price on invoice.

Knowledge and Skills:

• The ideal candidate must have Matric. 
• 1-2 years' Experience in office administration or logistics.
• Competence in MS Word and Excel.
• Previous experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment and ERP system.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and administrative skills.
• Able to work independently and perform under pressure.
• Excellent customer relations.
