Job Description
- Provides administration back-up to the Sales team. Assist with inbound calls into the telesure hub environment and management of email boxes
- Achieving +93% SLA and <2% abandoned rate
- Providing feedback to internal and external clients within the 24hour SLA agreement
- Timeous feedback on follow-ups and resolution to queries/escalations within a 1hour TAT
- Providing support to the sales team and client liaisons
- managing email boxes
Education
- National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12 (Required)
