Job Description

• Digital marketing agency specialising in digital solutions and lead generation is looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to provide administrative and customer support to the sales team, acting as a key liaison between Sales, internal departments and clients. The role will support the full sales process from pre-sale through to invoicing, including preparing sales presentations, quotes, proposals and contracts, compiling sales reports and maintaining accurate CRM records. Responsibilities will also include handling client enquiries, following up after sales, setting up client accounts, testing leads, coordinating handovers, and assisting with management travel arrangements and expense reports. Applicants should have strong MS Office, particularly Excel, skills, previous experience with CRM systems, 2-3 years’ sales administration experience, and have a valid driver’s license. Experience within a digital marketing agency is preferred and highly advantageous.
