Sales Advisor at Concentrix

As a Sales Advisor within our friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for:

• Handling incoming calls from existing customers.
• Support sales transactions by advising customer on suitable products to meet your conversion target as well as other targets.
• Assist with general queries.
• Explain and promote product features and benefits.
• Process customer payments.
• Providing the best possible customer experience.

Your Skills

To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:

• 6 months sales experience
• Fluent in English language (C1 Level or above)
• Target driven
• Good at multi-tasking
• Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time
• Must be fully flexible for rotational shift patterns between 10am - 10pm Monday - Sunday
