• Are you an energetic, tech-savvy individual with a passion for sales and cutting-edge technology? We are looking for dynamic Sales Agents to represent our client at pop-up stores in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg.

What you will be doing:

• Engage with Customers:
• Greet customers warmly and build genuine connections.
• Showcase the innovative features of the product with live demonstrations.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns with confidence.
• Close sales and process payments with ease.
• Hit Sales Targets:
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals.
• Contribute to the overall success of our pop-up campaigns.
• Manage Inventory:
• Keep inventory records accurate and up to date.
• Ensure the sales area is always well-presented and stocked.
• Provide Customer Support:
• Offer basic assistance and respond to customer inquiries.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our service.
• Keep Things Organized:
• Record sales data and customer information accurately in our CRM system.

What we are looking for:

Sales Experience:

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Energetic & Outgoing Personality:

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude with the energy to engage customers.

Tech Enthusiast:

• Passion for mobile technology, smartphones, and innovation.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and block chain is a bonus!

Great Communication Skills:

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with customers.

Team Player:

• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve goals.
