Job Description

• My client is seeking a professional, service-driven C1 German-Speaking Experience Centre Ambassador to join their team in South Africa.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences, working in a fast-paced environment, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting customers throughout their journey while ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of professionalism and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the customer journey, including bookings, enquiries and related support services
• Provide a high level of service to clients and partners via phone, video chat, email and live chat
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Utilise internal systems effectively to deliver a personalised customer experience
• Act as a knowledgeable point of reference for services, systems and processes
• Provide feedback on service delivery processes and identify areas for improvement
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and service-focused environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year contact centre experience highly preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English and C1 German (essential)
• Tertiary qualification in C1 German
• Comfortable working with IT systems daily
• Previous exposure to Salesforce and Versonix Seaware would be advantageous
• Willing to work full-time rotational shifts, including weekends, to support international markets and time zones
• Strong general knowledge and curiosity about global destinations and cultures
• Must have the legal right to work in South Africa
