My client is seeking a professional, service-driven C1 German-Speaking Experience Centre Ambassador to join their team in South Africa.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences, working in a fast-paced environment, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting customers throughout their journey while ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of professionalism and service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the customer journey, including bookings, enquiries and related support services
Provide a high level of service to clients and partners via phone, video chat, email and live chat
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Utilise internal systems effectively to deliver a personalised customer experience
Act as a knowledgeable point of reference for services, systems and processes
Provide feedback on service delivery processes and identify areas for improvement
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and service-focused environment
Requirements
Minimum 1 year contact centre experience highly preferred
Fluent in spoken and written English and C1 German (essential)
Tertiary qualification in C1 German
Comfortable working with IT systems daily
Previous exposure to Salesforce and Versonix Seaware would be advantageous
Willing to work full-time rotational shifts, including weekends, to support international markets and time zones
Strong general knowledge and curiosity about global destinations and cultures
