Job Description
- Receive and action deals efficiently within the required turnaround time, ideally within 3 hours of receipt.
- Capture and create deals accurately on the company’s operations system.
- Ensure that each deal is captured with all relevant and required supporting documentation.
- Double-check all captured deals to identify and correct any errors before submission.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant bank criteria and documentation requirements.
- Prioritise urgent deals, especially those linked to 72-hour clauses.

- The successful candidate will provide customer support in both Italian and English across various communication channels.
