Sales Analyst at Country Bird Holdings Ltd (CBH)

Minimum Requirements

• Financial degree (e.g. BCom Accounting/similar)
• Minimum of 6 years accounting experience (after qualification).
• Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, Syspro, etc)
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge in VAT compliance and procedures
• Knowledge of financial and management accounting
• Good communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Good time management skills
• Adaptable and enjoys change.
• Detail & results orientated.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales profitability analysis (daily sales orders).
• Profitability of sales mix and route to market analysis.
• Reporting (e.g. sales report, stock on hand, stock movement, pricing charts, etc.) - daily weekly and month end.
• Reconcile and submit month end sales provisions (Tallies and Rebates). 
• Compile monthly sales reports for Management Accounts and Divisional Month end Reports.
• Consolidate and review standard monthly reports for Executives/Sales Managers.
• Maintain the discounts Table (Rebates, settlement discounts and tallies)
• Consistent monitoring of customer rebates
• Communicating with customers to update them as to their rebate status (through the Sales Managers)
• Maintain database with customer trading terms and letters. 
• Prepare customer reviews for Sales Managers
• Factory Shops (journals, profitability report, daily sales report, credit notes, etc.)
• Damages recoding and recon.
• Transport files.
• Reconciliation and invoicing
• Assistance with further development of sales interfaces
• Assistance with development/implementation of reporting system and CRM.
