Description

Customer Engagement:

• Greet and assist customers in the store, providing information on health and wellness products.
• Offer personalized recommendations based on customer needs and goals (e.g., fitness, nutrition, mental well-being).

Product Knowledge:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered, including supplements, health foods, fitness equipment, and wellness services.
• Educate customers on product ingredients, benefits, and proper usage.

Sales Conversion:

• Close sales by addressing customer questions, handling objections, and encouraging add-on or upsell opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and track performance.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalized service.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and care.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor product stock levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
• Report low stock or discontinued items to management for timely replenishment.

Minimum Requirements

• Passion for Health and health products, training will be given.
• Client service to existing clients, follow up and looking after clients.
• Good communication skills, fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Must be able to do marketing for new clients through social media and other means
• Must be able to reach sales target
• Must have previous sales experience and a proven tract record.
• Must be able to handle admin relating to the sales
• A positive can-do attitude
