    Sales and Marketing Representative

    Description

    Customer Engagement:

    • Greet and assist customers in the store, providing information on health and wellness products.
    • Offer personalized recommendations based on customer needs and goals (e.g., fitness, nutrition, mental well-being).

    Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered, including supplements, health foods, fitness equipment, and wellness services.
    • Educate customers on product ingredients, benefits, and proper usage.

    Sales Conversion:

    Personal Assistant to Senior Sales Executive – Out of Home (OOH) Marketing

    Description

    • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive admin assistance to the Senior Sales Executive, including answering phone calls, organizing meetings, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements etc.
    • Client Communication: Manage client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups for admin specific tasks. Assist in maintaining strong client relationships and ensure that all requests are handled professionally.
    • Budget & Financial Support: Request budget approvals, process budget claims.
    • Presentations & Reporting: Create and edit PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets to support Exec sales and marketing efforts. Training on internal tools and software will be provided.
    • Artwork & Campaign Management: DAILY monitor artwork deadlines, aid campaign schedules (EXCEL), flighting proofs / banner instructions (POWERPOINT), reports on campaigns. Keep the Exec up to speed to aid in his campaign management. Must understand that each individual task will be different and time sensitive.
    • Client Engagement: Aid client broadcasts, daily client information updates, and provide campaign proof / approvals.
    • Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: The Exec will constantly address and resolve internal issues promptly and expect the P.A to aid in the resolution with in detail instruction execution, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow in a very flexible environment.
    • Contract Management: Prepare, send, and track contracts for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely execution at the instruction of the Exec 

    Minimum Requirements

    • Strong Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerPoint and other Microsoft software is a plus.
    • Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous in handling administrative tasks, documents, and sensitive client information.
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and professionalism. Communication is the main key for the Exec, as comms will be constant throughout the day.
    • Customer Service Mindset: Must be able to engage with clients in a friendly and efficient manner, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude in support of the Exec.
    • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
    • Team Player: Comfortable working within a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients alike.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and multitasking abilities; able to prioritize tasks and deadlines effectively.
    • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly, and constantly.
    • Creativity (Bonus): A flair for creative problem-solving and finding innovative ways to improve processes is a MASSIVE plus.
    • Previous Marketing Experience: Although not mandatory, prior experience in marketing or customer service will be an advantage.

    Description

    • Efficiently operate continuous miners to extract coal or minerals, ensuring optimal performance and safety
    • Adhere to mine safety protocols, monitor hazards, and report safety issues to maintain a safe working environment
    • Perform daily checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs
    • Manage the transportation of mined material to the conveyor system, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operations
    • Keep accurate records of production, machine performance, and maintenance activities.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Must have at least three years’ experience as a licenced Continuous Miner Operator (Eickhoff H36 & H45 CM and Joy HM31 & HM37 CM) in a production section
    • Must supply proof of previous operator licence.
    • A valid competent B certificate must be provided.
    • A valid operator gas testing must be provided.
    • Must be able to obtain a valid medical certificate.
    • No criminal record.
