Sales & Client Services Assistant - CapeTown at Novus Holdings Ltd

• This opportunity is ideal for an individual that wants exposure in a world class client service and high-pressure production environment. The successful incumbent will work closely with the Accounts Executive and will report directly to the Team Leader: Client Services. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities    

• Provide administrative services to all Account Executives 
• Checking and distributing of documents and correspondence 
• Maintain strong internal relationships 
• Assisting Account Executives with projects to ensure efficient workflow 
• Assisting with execution of projects, following up on the progress of production and distribution work
• Assisting and ensure seamless information flow and effective relationships between Account Executives and production departments

Educational Requirements    

• A relevant tertiary qualification
• Graduate or final year student

Experience Requirements    

• 1 Year admin experience would be advantageous 

Skills and Competencies    

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Client service experience in a factory environment 
• Attention to detail with high levels of admin skills 
• Urgency and deadline driven
• Able to manage pressure within a team environment 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
