Sales Co-Ordinator at Astral Foods Ltd

Qualifications & Experiences

• Grade 12 or relevant qualification;
• Sales experience in a FMCG or Poultry environment advantageous

Computer Literacy using the following packages

• MS Word
• MS Excel

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Daily execution of orders for Western Cape and National customers
• Daily execution and distribution of daily stock sheets
• Daily communication of orders to Sales Managers and Sales Representatives
• Daily interaction with Sales Managers, Production Planner, Logistics Co-ordinator and Sales Team
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with all key customers
• Customer management and relationship development
• Managing and booking vehicles in advance to ensure timeous delivery to customers
• Managing retrieval of pallets from customers
• Administration of export orders
• Maintaining and implementing 20 Keys program

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Ability to work in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Multitasking and High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a high pressured environment
• Punctuality and the ability to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• The ideal candidate must be focused, detail orientated and deadline driven
• Honesty and integrity a high requirement
• Successful candidate must be self-motivated and with the ability to meet strict deadlines
