Responsible for sales controlling and performance management, price management, sales processes, market planning and coordination.
Responsible for sales KPI tracking and reporting.
Facilitate collaboration with other Business units on sales controlling topics.
Responsible for conducting claims and repricing controls.
Coordinate sales planning – current forecast and business planning.
Measure and report sales vs targets.
Support sales with quarterly and bi-annual price negotiations and adjustment with OEM purchasing.
Manage customer communication and relationship activities.
Define and maintain processes, procedures and work sheets for product costing, quotation creation, approval and submission in line with Bosch global standards.
Product costing based on material cost (raw materials, processing cost, local and imported components, exchange rates, overheads, logistics, profit and incentives from the Automotive Production and Development Programme (APDP).
Qualifications
National Diploma/BCom Degree in Commerce.
BCom degree in Cost Management Accounting or equivalent.
Experience
10 years’ experience in Sales and or Procurement function.
Extensive exposure in Sales function in the Automotive Industry.
Good commercial and technical acumen.
Understanding of the local automotive incentive scheme.
Detailed understanding of product costing and cost projections.
