    Sales & Commercial Lead - Benoni

    Main Requirements:

    • 5 - 10 years of sales OR commercial leadership experience (Sales or Business Development).
    • Proven record of building and maintaining relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, etc.)
    • An empathetic leadership style and high emotional intelligence.
    • Business acumen.
    • Commercial acumen.
    • Strategic thinking skills.
    • Relevant degree
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, all around.
    • Must be able to understand and navigate enterprise software environments & the linked service offerings provided.

    You will be responsible for areas such as

    • Developing and executing sales strategy, aimed toward target markets, in order to achieve revenue targets, as well as:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers at CEO, CFO, COO etc level (C-level).
    • Drive sales initiatives in the supply chain, logistics, and corporate fleet sectors, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to understand product offerings and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
    • Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business strategy.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to the leadership team.
