Sales Consultant - Fitness Industry at Kontak Recruitment

• Our client is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new B2B business, managing client relationships and converting qualified leads into sales.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Formal sales certification or qualification (advantageous)
• 6–12 months’ B2B sales experience
• Fitness industry experience (advantageous)
• Fluency in multiple languages (advantageous)
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities
• A professional, organised and target-driven approach
• Confidence in outbound prospecting, lead generation and follow-ups
• A self-motivated attitude with a strong commercial focus

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect for and develop new B2B business opportunities
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with prospective clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to successful close
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
