The responsibility of the Sales Consultant (internally known as a Home Loans Consultant) is to convert bond leads into granted bonds and cross sell ooba's internal product range. The role also requires an individual who creates new opportunities for business and adds value to ooba's existing partners.

Requirements:

• Sales experience
• Own transport - Valid drivers license
• Fully bilingual
• Home loan experience
• Computer literate
• Property related experience
• Relationship management

Responsibilities:

• Source, build & nurture relationships within the Real Estate industry
• Assess & execute client requirements 
• Expedite bank applications
• Present information sessions to groups of lead providers, real estate agents etc.
