Driving distribution and availability of brands within your customer data base
Delivering service excellence, recording and promptly acting upon customers’ complaints, queries and requests.
Actively building relationships with customers by identifying new growth opportunities in the liquor category and assisting new customers in opening of accounts.
Executing against a promotional plan, maintain pricing and seek forward share opportunities.
Identify training needs of the customer, offer basic training to outlet staff.
Have and deliver on exceptional product intrinsic knowledge.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12
Diploma relating to Sales and/or related fields would be deemed beneficial.
5 years sales experience in liquor or related FMCG environment.
Liquor Industry Knowledge is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
