Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
• Providing excellent service and ensuring a positive in-store experience
• Staying up to date with product knowledge and promotions
• Working as part of a team to achieve store goals

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Matric certificate with a diploma-level pass
• At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in a retail setting
• Strong interest in technology and good product knowledge (advantageous)
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
