Sales Development Representative at GivingLoop

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be working with different stakeholders at the company to bring new sales deals and grow the revenue of the company.

Who you are:

• Fluent in English. Everything related to customers will be in English.
• A tech savvy. You know technology and you don't need months to learn a new technology stack.
• A great listener. The age of classic sales is dead. If you don't listen to potential customers you won't sell.
• A great speaker. After listening, you have to answer.
• A great teamworker. A lot of the asked-for features can still be on the roadmap (or not). You have to work with the team to align goals.
• A problem solver. Your contacts will have problems, you will show them how you can help solving them.

What you will be doing:

• Generating new leads using the different available tools and resources.
• Emailing new leads to start the relationship with them.
• Listening to prospects' needs and finding solutions to them using our technology.
• Jumping on calls, screensharing, and video calls with customers and prospects.
• Closing deals with these potential customers.
• Touching point with them frequently.
• Managing customers' data in a CRM.
