    Sales Development Representative


    We’re looking for an Intern to join us as a Sales Development Representative to join the Move crew to generate and nurture sales leads for our subscription-based recruiting model. We're a growing recruitment firm with an innovative business model focussing on digital clients, work very closely with our clients, working both onsite with them as well as in our offices.


    The Sales Development Representative sits in the Growth team of our business. You’ll be working with our marketing and sales lead to develop new business leads by a mix of methods. The role will also entail working at events and being involved in partner sales environments, speaking directly with end customers and articulating the core benefits of our product to generate sales revenue for Move.

    Key responsibilities:

    1. Following up marketing campaigns to qualify leads in an effective manner.

    2. Profiling target lists to generate opportunities.

    3. Have a professional telephone manner

    4. Able to write professionally and understand email best practice.

    5. Promotion of the business and its key services.

    Minimum requirements:

    • at least 1 year experience in a digital sales environment

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

    • Organised, able to work to tight deadlines.

    • Some experience in telesales and lead generation beneficial.

    • A keen interest in digital, technology, creative and business.

    • The ideal candidate should be a confident team player, with the motivation to work individually as required.

    • Interested in sales best practices.
