Work directly with global enterprise partners, mainly in the tech and SaaS industry
Lead the strategy, developed with the Account Executives, to recycle old paid Leads.
Help create an ever evolving SDR role within Superside
Own the process of Prospecting and Qualifying potential Leads.
Maximise efficiency working within multiple different CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Tools.
Report to the Director of Sales, and work closely with Senior Account Executives in the Client Development Team.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor Degree or higher within Creative, Communication, or similar / Bachelor in Business or Marketing
1-2 years of relevant working experience, of which at least 1 year in a client-facing position at associate level
Experience in sales
Social and outgoing nature, ability to come across in a positive manner and create trust between yourself and a potential client
Passion for creativity, from conceptual thinking to final output
Structured thinking, with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at a time to meet aggressive deadlines
Self-motivation to work in a remote environment
Positive attitude towards figuring out and learning new things
Ability to find relevant client stakeholders, “open doors” and get face time
Strong customer relationship building skills, with ability to manage expectations and build trust
Ability to have a structured approach to effort and ROI on different growth initiatives, and to prioritize and stop
Ability to quickly learn relevant design production/operations/process concepts and consult customers on these
Ability to multitask with efficiency, overview, structure, and attention to details
