    Sales Director

    Responsible for driving the sales strategy, ensuring the growth and development of contracts across the country. This would include the achievement of defined revenue targets, the development of organizational capacity, and the growth of the business as well as project management and the leading and negotiating major bids on optimal commercial/risk terms.

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

    • Effective, targeted Business Growth
    • Management and development of Customer Focus
    • Development and implementation of Sales Strategy
    • Development and manage Sales Structure

    Knowledge and Qualifications 

    • Relevant formal tertiary qualification at the level of a 4 year professional or master’s degree preferred.
    • Experience in the development of business with, and negotiation of large bids and tenders with, Multinational Companies and Governments
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing roles of Security Services, Other Service Industries or FMCG Industry advantageous 
    • Minimum of 6 years’ experience at Senior Management level

    • Financial Acumen

    • Negotiation 
    • Microsoft Excel, Excel, PowerPoint – Intermediate level (Advance level are advantageous) 
    • ERP system(s) 
    • Google suite of products
