Sales Director at Salt South Africa

My client is a digital and software enabler specifically working in the financial services industry. Together, we are on a search for a unique Sales Director that will work closely with the MD, CEO and marketing team with a focus on acquiring new financial clients.

Focus areas:

Deal making

• Grow revenue with new business
• Work closely with marketing to deliver relevant leads
• Attend industry events, conferences and network
• Work closely with CEO and MD to discover new revenue opportunities

Client Management

• Engage and build relationships with key clients and ensure that they are happy at all times, filter this info to the right people within the business
• Grow business with existing customers, in conjunction with Project Leads
• Effectively engage the right resources to solve client problems, be the senior point of contact

Department Development

• Document a growth strategy with quantifiable, actionable points and execute against them.
• Implement department systems and processes, such as CRMs and tools
