Sales & Distribution Manager II - Aeroton at PepsiCo

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales forecasts & competitor activities and formulate and manage plans i.e. volumes, price and promotions
• Negotiate and manage product price, promotions, services and special deals. Controll working capital items i.e. product returns
• Manage promotional assets and equipment
• Manage internal/ key account/ 3rd party/ agents peformance. Manage customer relationships and support customers
• Oversight over the distribution process ensuring hit rate targets are met, sales volumes are meet or exceed the set target
• Optimise routes and fleet utilisation
• Drive initiatives to minimize damage returns
• Drive team engagement
• Manage team, manpower costs and ensure availaity of crates

Qualifications

• 3 Year Tertiary qualifaction or equivalent within Marketing & Sales/Logistics or similar
• At least 5 years experience within a Supervisory/Management role in Sales and Distribution
• FMCG Experience is essential, and bakery experience will be highly advantageous
