Job Summary:

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling new vehicles to customers, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of new vehicles to potential customers
• Assist customers through the sales process, from initial inquiries to vehicle delivery
• Negotiate sales contracts and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships
• Stay up-to-date on new vehicle models, features, and industry trends
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by management
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall sales objectives

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar field
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of new vehicle models, features, and industry trends
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
