We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive for used vehicles to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
This role requires someone with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote the sale of used vehicles.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct test drives and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs.
Negotiate sales agreements with customers to achieve sales targets.
Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and availability of vehicles.
Complete paperwork and finalize sales transactions with customers.
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with used vehicles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of the automotive industry and understanding of market trends.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive industry is a plus.
