    Sales Executive

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Develop and manage relationships with new and current customers.
    • A detailed understanding of the companys products range.
    • Operate as a main point of contact for all matters in relation to customers.
    • Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs to ensure the development of opportunities in the timber industry as well as the growth of existing customers in the industry.
    • Propose solutions and products that will address these customer needs and that once agreed upon, solutions are rendered immediately or products are delivered timeously.
    • Liaise with the relevant Managers to ensure that customer's expectations are managed in terms of large stock orders and deliveries.
    • Resolve all customer problems, issues or complaints timeously to ensure that trust relationships are maintained.
    • Involve the relevant managers with the negotiation of contracts and agreements.
    • Target driven with the ability to constantly hit pre-determined targets. Minimum Requirements for this position.
    • 3 years' experience within the large customers development market 
    • Previous Sales Experience with a good traceable sales record.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to solve problems and provide solutions.
    • Due to the nature of this position the must be willing to travel extensively.
    • Due to working remotely we do require that incumbent is self-reliant and can manage their time effectively.

    Experience:

    • 2 to 5 Years’ experience in a sales position
    • Sawmill experience is an advantage but the company is willing to train.
    • A credible and proven sales professional. An accountable and ethical person with integrity is most important.

    Compensation:
    Market related based on experience.

    Location: Nelspruit (Mbombela) Area - Will be required to travel, sometimes 3 times a week (Swaziland, Tzaneen, etc) - Company Car provided
    Language: English and highly proficient in Afrikaans
