    Sales Group Manager

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

    • Lead, coach and maintain a team of Representatives that have a focus of selling Teltonika devises to B2B clients.
    • Take on the responsibility of guiding new sales staff while ensuring rest of staff meets allocated KPI’s, by means of supporting and coaching the reps.
    • Create and implement sales action plans for the dedicated region.
    • Analyse all sales activities and formulate action plans to ensure sales plans are realised.
    • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
    • Ensure orders are loaded correctly, and track progress.
    • Coordinate technical inquiries.
    • Organize and conduct training for local sales team.

    WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

    • Are in fluent English skills (written and oral) - this will be the primary working language
    • Are experience in IoT (Telematics/ Networks) solutions 
    • At least have 4 years of hands-on B2B sales experience with a track record of success
    • At least have 2 years of leadership and management of Sales Representatives
    • Have leadership skills, growth and problem-solving oriented mindset
    • Are able to adapt fast and make decisions independently
    • Have a results focused personality and a track-record that reflects it
