About the position:

Your career in retail sales at Adendorff will start as part of our young traveling stock audit team, with various future development opportunities to grow into as suited to your own skills. Our company has an excellent track record of growing talent from this base, with over 20 people now in a variety of roles across the company.

You will gain great administration, retail sales, and logistics experience as well as exposure to vast technical knowledge. The ideal candidate should be young, hard working, honest and be able to thrive as part of a team that will travel to our 24 branches across South Africa.

Responsibilities 

• Traveling from branch to branch conducting stock audits. You will perform an average of 2 stock audits a week within a team of 5-8 individuals.

• Ensuring accurate counts are conducted and discrepancies thoroughly investigated. You will be expected to count over 600 items each stock take at 95% accuracy. Then investigate discrepancies against the ERP system.

• Assisting the company within the sales, warehousing, and various other departments as needed.

• Constant improvement on product knowledge and procedures to enhance your own ability as a future salesperson.
