    Sales Manager - Britos Bakery

    Responsibilities

    What we’re looking for:

    • We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team .
    • The successful candidate will supervise the performance and maintenance of the activities of the van sales representatives in order to achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organisation plans.
    • They will also be responsible for the following:

    Sales Management

    • Analyse sales forecasts & competitor activities
    • Formulate and manage plans ie. volume, price & promotions
    • Negotiate and manage price, promotions, services & special deals
    • Manage promotional assets & equipment
    • Manage internal/ 3rd party/ agents peformance
    • Control working capital items e.g. debtors day & product returns
    • Manage customer relationships
    • Support customers

    People Growth and Leadership

    • Approve functional plan
    • Formalise department structure
    • Manage performance of own team
    • Manage talent plan of own team
    • Achieve functional value
    • Systems, Procedure and Practices
    • Implement functional best practices
    • Utilise SAP functionality
    • Report functional information
    • Utilsation of functional resources
    • Manage functional projects
    • Relationship Results
    • Maintain external stakeholder relations; incl. Unions
    • Establish functional network• Satisfy 'customers'
    • Utilise service provider network
    • Maintain interdepartmental relations
    • Innovation & Improvement

    Qualifications

    What will qualify you for the role

    • Degree/Diploma in Business / Commercial or equivalent
    • 5 to 6 years working experience in FMCG environment
    • Valid drivers license
