    Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • The Sales Manager will be responsible for growth within an allocated areas and be responsible for the sales of services and products for the Pest Elimination Division. This role is essential to developing and implementing business and sales strategies. The sales manager will also be expected to grow the business and acquire new customers.

    What You Will Do:

    •  Monitoring the achievement of sales budgets in line with strategies
    •  Set Sales Targets
    •  Achieve Sales
    •  Ensure that the Sales Plan is implemented to achieve growth within the allocated territory/target market
    •  Pro-actively identify and establish communications with Organisations that can benefit from the Company’s
    •  range of Services
    •  Monitoring and reporting on monthly sales
    •  Making appropriate and innovative recommendations to drive the business growth and sustainability
    •  Generate quotes and pricing options in accordance with Client requests
    •  Build referral relationships and lead generation network
    •  Ensuring the implementation of projects as per identified plans
    •  Approving timing plans and roll-out process for new projects
    •  Ensuring effective and efficient completion of projects
    •  Effectively communicating and reporting of project progress against timing plans
    •  People Management
    •  Effective management of the Sales team and support team including KPI management and instituting training interventions as and when required;
    •  Adhoc functions also applicable
    •  Travel is expected for the role.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    •  Matric Certified
    •  Solid Computer Proficiency
    •  Driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle
    •  Relevant Qualification will be advantageous
    •  5- 7 years of direct Sales experience in the Pest Elimination Industries is mandatory
    •  5 years of Senior Management experience with strong integrated knowledge of the Business
    •  Proven Track Record in Soft Services
