Generate leads by using marketing campaigns (digital/media) to acquire stakeholder contact information. Growing the quality and quantity of the database.
Database Management/Analysis- Monitor student advisor activity through information uploaded on the Student Information System (SIS). Ensures that data is captured correctly on SIS. Establish target markets and focus groups through the data, based on historical application rates.
Provides input into the annual forecasting and budgeting process.
Mentoring and monitoring of staff daily activities. Trains and develops student advisors by applying a rotational learning programme.
Ensures that the correct reporting from staff is captured on the database. Ensures that applications, registrations, and consultations are filed correctly.
Supports and builds relations with schools and communities within the area. Hosts at least 2 events per annum to market the brand i.e., educator event.
Minimum Requirements:
NDip in Business Management/Marketing.
Bcom degree in Business Management/Marketing would be ideal.
5 - 8 years of sales experience in a target-driven environment.
3 – 5 years of management experience.
Proven computer literacy: CRM, Excel intermediate, MS Office.
