The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with dealers and customers. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Building relationships with the dealers and all stakeholders
• Measuring retail efficiency standards and disciplines as well as HSEQ compliance
• Maximizing profitability
• Create a safe working and shopping environment for site staff and customers
• Leverage on national promotions and programs to increase profitability of dealer network
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience with all of these linked to Sales, Retail, Fuel, Sales or Marketing
• BCom Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Finances OR RPL with 10 years experience in the appropriate field
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Deep knowledge of FMCG
• Experience working with franchise businesses
   

Advantageous:

• 3 years experience as Area Manager preferred
• Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions
• Advanced business management skills or desire to acquire the same
