    Sales Manager

    About the role

    • We're on the lookout for a sales manager will be responsible for leading and growing the business in Mozambique and Angola by managing the distributor partnership and driving strong commercial execution. The role will focus on delivering company KPIs, strengthening RTM capabilities, expanding distribution, and ensuring sustainable and profitable growth across the markets.     Please note the role is based in Mozambique

    Your responsibilities

    • Manage and develop the Mozambique and Angola business in partnership with the appointed distributor.
    • Deliver sales targets and KPIs including volume, value, and market share
    • Develop and implement effective GTM and RTM strategies to expand distribution and market coverage.
    • Lead trade execution to ensure strong product availability, visibility, and in market sales performance.
    • Manage forecasting, demand planning, and sales performance tracking.
    • Own and manage the P&L for the assigned markets to ensure sustainable profitability.
    • Identify new business opportunities and monitor market and competitor activities.
    • Build strong relationships with distributors, key wholesalers, and key trade partners.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on supply, marketing initiatives, and commercial plans.

    The experience we're looking for

    • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business ,Marketing or related fields.
    • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Sales or Commercial roles, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods.
    • Proficiency in English is required.
    • Portuguese language proficiency is mandatory
    • Skills: Strong negotiating, analytical and leadership
