What will you do?

Outputs / Core Tasks

• Operational excellence by achieving profit and sales targets.
• Developing and researching new income sources.
• Assisting Sales Consultant pro-actively in order to generate new volumes.
• Management of processes and staff of Sales team.
• Risk management.
• Liaising with Fund Trustees and Principal Officers.
• Managing of investment processes.
• Management of Department to ensure high performance culture and world class client service levels.
• Maximising efficiency of available technology.
• Product development and ensure compliance with requirements of the authorities.
• Ensure good client relationships.
• Implementation of new legislation and requirements of authorities.
• Communication and reporting to the authorities.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Financial / Legal / Retirement Fund qualification.

Experience

• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior sales capacity within a trust and retirement fund environment.
• Experience in analysis of business processes.
• Experience in people management.

Knowledge

• Knowledge of appropriate legislation.
• Knowledge of investment instruments/processes.
