    Sales Manager Used Vehicles

    Job Summary:

    • Hyundai Germiston is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for Used Vehicles to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our dealership.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Oversee the showroom and inventory management to ensure a well-presented and organized sales environment.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
    • Train and mentor sales staff to provide product knowledge and enhance their sales skills.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to ensure continuous improvement.
    • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry, preferably with a focus on used vehicles.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Valid driver's license.
