Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager, specializing in used vehicles, to lead our sales team and drive growth in this critical segment of our business.
• You will focus on developing strategies that enhance the customer experience while maximizing revenue through effective sales management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the used vehicle segment.
• Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and coaching to enhance their performance.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and increase brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Oversee the inventory of used vehicles, ensuring the availability of attractive options for customers.
• Prepare regular sales reports, utilizing data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage budgets and forecasts to optimize the financial performance of the used vehicles division.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a sales team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with customers and team members.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and their application in the automotive sector.
• Previous experience in managing used vehicle sales operations.
• Additional sales certifications or training in automotive sales techniques is a plus.
