    Sales Manager (Warehousing and Logistics)

    Job Description: 

    • Responsible for formulating a sale’s operating plan and ensuring that the Sales Team’s performance and output is aligned to this accordingly. In addition, he/she is required to assess, hire, coach and develop salespeople capable of delivering the company’s revenue and margin objectives. The Sales Manager is responsible for aggressively driving sales efforts and maximising sales opportunities in order to enhance the overall success of the company. Lastly, the Sales Manager needs to guide and mentor the Sales Team so that they meet their sales objectives.

     

    Requirements:

    • Undergraduate degree or diploma is desirable
    • 6-10 years of experience in this role or similar role
