    Sales Operational Excellence Professional and Business Analyst

    • Define, implement and govern the Sales Operational Excellence model (a.k.a Customer Relationship Management)
    • Perform and communicate data/business analytical functions
    • Govern our Partner Management Operating Framework.

    • Drive alignment on sales strategy, guidelines and procedures related to productivity management within the sales force.
    • Analyse, develop, implement and adapt defined productivity guidelines and procedures for assigned area of responsibility, then ensures proper communication and training.
    • Define and set targets and KPI’s for productivity performance indicators together with management.
    • Design and manage structure and approach of productivity initiatives and programs.
    • Initiate, monitor and drive implementation of productivity initiatives and programs together with management and functions.
    • Initiate and oversee regular reviews to analyse productivity management performance and to steer consequent action implementation.
    • Steer corrective actions as necessary and a consequent follow-up on lessons learned.
    • Build and maintain relationships with identified key stakeholders.
    • Ensure effective use and understanding of the CRM tool with all users.
    • Improve the user experience by providing training, tipsheets and general support to users.
    • Create, review and adapt ongoing improvement initiatives to ensure value add to the sales force in terms of increasing effectiveness in funnel management, market and installed base management, coverage and activity management.
    • Implement the global Partner Management Operating Framework.
    • Govern indirect sales force adherence to the model including contracting, target setting and due diligence processes.
    • Understand all data structures, relationships and inter dependencies.
    • Ensure data integrity.
    • Manage and maintain master data sets.
    • Improve the data quality by aligning multiple databases.
    • Understand global dashboards and KPI reporting platforms.
    • Ensure effective self-service understanding and use of the tools with all users.
    • Analyse trends in data and work on predictive analytics models.
    • Provide regular reporting information to key users as defined, as well as ad hoc requirements as needed.
    • Improve the business by building and generating local dashboard and KPI reporting content.
    • Ensure effective implementation and use of all ICT tools for the CRM function for example (OSC & CPQ, SAP, PATH, Qlikview, Circuit, Microsoft Office applications).
    • Implement and manage effective document management within the CRM area.
    • Implement and manage effective collaboration platforms.
    • Implement and manage effective software applications as required.
    • Implement and manage effective naming conventions for files and server locations.
    • Generate reference guide content for users on all of the above.
    • Define and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Design, develop and maintain performance measures and indicators.
    • Monitor and report on the performance.
    • Matric or Equivalent Qualification. Tertiary education preferable in ICT fields.
    • Skilled in analytical techniques.
    • Highly advanced Excel skills, capable of creating interactive Dashboards and trend analysis.
    • Advanced in entire Microsoft suite of applications.
    • SharePoint and MS teams experience an advantage.
    • Software development skills and experience an advantage.
    • Marketing and Sales experience is an advantage.
    • You need to have a valid South African driver’s license and your own car
    • You need to have a valid passport
    • You must not have restrictions to travel within SADC and abroad.
    • Must be a South African National, preferably from a designated diversity group
    • Excellence, Quality and Compliance in the daily interactions, operations and reporting is not a negotiable requirement, but absolutely mandatory for this role.
