    Sales Operations Analyst - Research Team Lead

    Overview:

    • Cognism continues to scale and is now looking to add a Sales Operations Analyst to its team of data researchers on the Sales Operations team. Our team of Researchers is adaptable professionals who have high standards of performance, who want to win and be part of a winning team. We’re looking for someone who can overachieve in leading this team, by setting and achieving a high standard of results.

    Our challenge:

    • Cognism is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to now lead the Sales Research team. This position is critical in ensuring Cognism’s high-powered Sales team has the necessary fuel to grow its pipeline.

    The role:

    • The Sales Operations Analyst - Research Team Lead will be in charge of the team researching the companies and contacts to which Cognism’s Sales Team will sell in the US, UK, and Europe. Using a combination of Cognism’s database and online sources, the team will be responsible for creating, innovating, and executing a playbook process to ensure top-quality results.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and execute strategies to research companies in the US, UK, and Europe to find the best fit companies for our sales team to contact.
    • Lead the research team to identify the people within those companies who should be contacted and confirm their contact details via Cognism’s verification process.
    • Work towards deadlines and targets to ensure the monthly quota of target companies is met.
    • Work in conjunction with the Sales team to understand ICP targeting.
    • Be proactive in approach to strategy.
    • Lead efforts in building sustainable processes and procedures.
    • Establish a trusting relationship with key stakeholders.
    • Maintain a positive mindset irrespective of any challenging situations

    Requirements
    We are looking for:

    • Evidence of being an overachiever.
    • Microsoft Excel proficiency.
    • Strong communication skills in English.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, flexible.
    • Salesforce proficient .
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Emotional intelligence.
    • A can-do, agile attitude necessary to thrive in a scale-up environment.
    • Uses initiative when challenged.
    • Willingness to learn core technology tools.
