Sales Order Administrator & Receptionist at Danté Personnel Recruitment

• Our Client based in Modderfontein is looking for a Sales Order Administrator & Receptionist to join their dynamic team within the Hardware Industry

Minimum requirements:

• Matric or relevant NQF 4 qualification
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy is essential
• Previous SAP experience beneficial
• Switchboard experience beneficial i.e. ability to effectively work a switchboard
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• High degree of attention to detail
• Reside within surrounding suburbs 
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Valid driver's license and own transport

Responsibilities:

• Processing and administration of all sales orders and invoices.
• Managing reception which includes liaising telephonically and face to face with staff and walk-in customers
• Fielding telephonic customer enquiries and complaints
• Processing of sample requests, maintenance of sample register and monthly sample report
• Assistance with general office administration
• Answer incoming telephone calls; determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
