Sales Representative at Country Bird Holdings Ltd (CBH)

Job Advert Summary    

• CBL is seeking to appoint an experienced Sales Representative based at our Klerksdorp Distribution Centre.  The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing existing customers and developing new business opportunities within the Northwest region.

Minimum Requirements    

• Matric (Grade 12)
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the catering, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry
• Bilingual, with the ability to speak and understand Afrikaans, essential due to the customer base
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Strong numerical and mathematical ability
• Computer literate, with Microsoft Excel proficiency essential
• Syspro knowledge and experience will be advantageous
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Must be willing to travel long distances and sleep out when required
• Valid unendorsed driver's licence

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers in the catering, restaurant, hotel and hospitality sectors
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the region
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships in a competitive market
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
• Travel extensively within the Northwest region to visit customers
