Sales Representative at Lesaffre

Job Description

The New Sales Representative will reinforce our support and proximity with the customers.

Missions:

• Develop sales according to the Company strategy and guidelines
• Acquire a deep market knowledge: customers/end-users needs, solutions offered by the different stake-holders
• Propose marketing initiatives to answer to customers’ needs and strengthen the market position
• Secure a synergetic approach by coordinating the Lesaffre supports and develop new specific solutions in response to the customers’ requirements

Qualifications

• Graduated in Marketing & Sales or Business Administration and a previous 10 years’ experience in a comparable position
• Experience as a Chef is welcomed
• Fluent in standard English and Afrikaans
• Self-managing abilities
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
• Good interpersonal relations, ability for building nice relationships with different partners
• Innovative with a strong desire to achieve
• High level of integrity, and trust
• Self-motivated, diplomatic, energetic, strong ability to convince
