    Sales Representative – New Vehicles (Multifranchise Cape Town)

    Job Description

    • Multi Franchise Cape Town is looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales representative to join our dynamic sales team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for building lasting customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, demonstrating our range of new vehicles, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead management.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
    • Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and successfully close sales.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
    • Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales, finance, and value-added product targets.
    • Keep up to date with new model launches, product knowledge, competitor activity, and market trends.
    • Maintain accurate customer information using the dealership's CRM system.
    • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, FICA requirements, and manufacturer standards.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Previous vehicle sales experience will be advantageous.
    • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Self-motivated with a passion for customer service and achieving targets.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
    • Computer literate with experience using CRM systems.
    • Valid South African driver's licence.
    • Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
    • A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business will be advantageous.
