    Finance and Insurance Manager - Used Cars

    Purpose

    • This is a key role that provides support to the dealership network by providing an efficient service to customers and the dealership through vehicle finance and the sale of approved products to maximise gross profit while ensuring that all training, fit & proper, honesty and integrity requirements of the Financial Service Board (FSB) are upheld.

    Minimum Experience

    • 3 years’ experience in a similar role with a customer services focus within the Automotive Retail Industry or Banking environment.

    Minimum Qualification

    • Grade 12 /Matric and with a relevant diploma. Credit Management Diploma will be advantageous. In addition, a Regulatory Exam, NC Accreditation, Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with minimum 120 credits

    Minimum Requirements

    • Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
    • Customer service and sale management.
    • Understanding of the compliance governing the retail industry would be an advantage.
    • Knowledge of the NCA, CRA, FAIS, FICA.
    • Accredited by the FSP and mandated to perform NCA functions before (s13 mandate)

    Driver: Light Duty ( Ford Kroonstad)

    Main Purpose of Job

    • Ford Kroonstad  currently holds a vacancy for a Driver: Light Duty.
    • Reporting to the Dealer Principal this position will be suitable for an individual who will execute all driving duties and to assist with any other reasonable duties as required.

    Administrator: Vehicle Invoicing and Licensing - Motus Mercedes Benz (MBPC Bedfordview)

    Experience Required:

    • Two years of relevant administrative experience in the motor industry which includes at least six months' experience in invoicing; OR, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

    Job Description

    SUZUKI VEHICLE SALES MANAGER – MULTI GARSFONTEIN

    • Responsible for Suzuki New Car sales floor. The Sales Manager is fully responsible for managing and leading the Suzuki New Cars sales teams, maximizing sales and profitability to achieve dealer sales targets and sales forecast commitments, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through the execution of the sales process.

    • Ensure that Sales Executives receive new model launch training. Establish the staffing levels and the training required to achieve sales objectives. Ensure that all floorplan activities are monitored.
    • Ensure stock level is kept within company policy requirements. Maximize sale of back-end products.

    Experience and Knowledge Required:

    • A minimum of 5 years vehicle sales experience within the motor vehicle industry. Relevant experience in new car sales is essential. Track record of accurate vehicle valuations, setting and adjusting pricing is essential.
    • Prior experience in a sales management role; managing, leading, administering and motivating a sales team to achieve objectives, to guide and implement effective sales processes and systems, and to ensure achievement of business sales objectives is preferred.
    • A previous successful track record in sales is required. Knowledge & understanding of OEM target management and variable margin programmes is an advantage. Prior experience in Suzuki sales or similar brand - highly desired.

    Qualifications Required:

    • Senior Certificate (Grade 12) A relevant tertiary qualification NQF6+ (e.g. sales/ marketing/ business management) qualification - an added advantage.
