    Sales Representative: Used Vehicles - VW Edenvale

    About the Role

    • As a Sales Representative for Used Vehicles at VW Edenvale, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within our dealership.
    • Your primary focus will be on engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and facilitating the sale of our pre-owned vehicles, while also providing exceptional service and support throughout the buying process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and propose suitable used vehicle options.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our used vehicles.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective follow-ups and personalized communication.
    • Update and manage vehicle inventory levels to ensure an attractive showcase of available used vehicles.
    • Negotiate pricing and financing options in alignment with dealership policies to close sales effectively.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns targeting used vehicle sales.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance the customer experience and stay competitive.
    • Handle customer service inquiries relating to used vehicles and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or related fields.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
    • Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.
    • High level of motivation and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with automotive financing and insurance products is advantageous.
    • A valid driver's license and a good driving record are essential.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with Volkswagen or other automotive brands is a plus.
    • Certification in automotive sales or customer service is desirable.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms to enhance outreach efforts.
    • Bilingual capabilities can be beneficial in catering to a broader customer base.
