About the Role

• As a Sales Representative focused on Parts for VW Germiston, you will play a vital role in driving sales and fostering relationships with customers in the automotive parts industry.
• You will be responsible for presenting and selling a full range of Volkswagen parts, ensuring customer satisfaction through expert knowledge and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their parts needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Promote and sell Volkswagen parts and accessories, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, specifications, and features.
• Perform regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with service department and other team members to streamline parts distribution.
• Process sales orders, quotations, and provide accurate delivery timelines.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the sales system.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales within the automotive parts industry or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and their applications, particularly Volkswagen.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Computer literate with experience in sales management software.
